Tracey is a qualified Remedial Massage Therapist I refer to and recommend to anyone looking for quality treatment. I have had three sessions with her and have found them to be most helpful. After more than 40 years of discomfort I was very pleased to have an old thoracic spine issue resolved thanks to her unique style of reiki.
With her treatment room providing a nurturing environment, together with her gentle approach, you will also benefit from a very relaxing experience. She makes a great contribution to our clinic.
When I first sought out treatment from Tracey, my back was stiff and sore and had been for some time and to be perfectly honest, I was starting to think that this is the way it was always going to be. I had had lower back issues to a degree ever since I hurt it playing football when I was seventeen. When I crossed over the age of fifty, I started to have real issues with it. I planned a cycling tour of the South Island of New Zealand regardless and in the months leading up to it suffered back spasms. These seemed to right themselves, and off to New Zealand I went. The cycling tour started well until after the 5th day of riding, my lower back seized up and I could hardly walk. This cut short my New Zealand adventure and despite having acupuncture and some pain killers, nothing helped.
I returned to Australia and it only got worse, spasms all over my back, more pain killers and a hospital visit thrown in for good measure. A little later, I started work with Tracey. I was desperate to ease the pain and my goal was to ride my bike again.
I started seeing little bits of improvement, as the life stuff which I had been storing up all these years in my body was made apparent through my work with Tracey then began the process of release of that energy. I have worked with Tracey for a fair while now and I have utilised Magnesium Spray and supplements along the way. I have got to understand my body a whole lot better.
All I can say is the recovery has exceeded my expectations. I am pain free for the most part and know how to manage my back heaps better. I feel empowered as a result. I am still a little shy of the bike but working my way back into it. I will be travelling to Europe in May 2018 to commence a six week bicycle tour, a big bucket list item for me. With careful preparation and planning, I give myself an excellent chance of having an awesome time, and quite frankly, I am not sure if it would be happening at all without the wonderful work of Tracey. I cannot thank her enough.
